Summary: Everything was ok except we were only left 4 bath towels which was fine. But only 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. I had to go purchase some more because I wasn’t going to wash every day.

Summary: Home was lovely and had plenty of items to make your stay easy. Only complaint is the checkin process was difficult due to miscommunication with the company and myself. It all was sorted out with no issues.

Summary: Near Wal-Mart and all kinds of places to eat. Movies 3 minutes away. Spacious house. Would stay again for sure. Furniture was amazing ..nice touch.

Summary: We used Evolve to rent this great property in Spring Hill for three sisters and two nieces. Very nice and clean property, lovingly taken care of by the owners. We are already planning our next visit to the area and will be renting this property again.

Summary: You can be king and queen of the house with a crown and throne in a huge wooden chair...such fun. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with dishes and newer appliances. The bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels for everyone...washer and dryer if needed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is older however everything works and hasTV's in all 4 bedrooms and large one in the great room. The decor is a cross between Medieval and Victorian. Parking in the garage is a plus and being only 2-3 miles from shops and restaurants on Hwy 50 is great. A few more privacy curtains would be nice under the sheers. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication with owner/ compant reps.
